Event Promoter

Job description

We are looking for an energetic, motivated event promoter and coordinator that can promote events for multiple of our restaurants located at several locations.

Responsibilities:

·         Digital and print marketing and promotions.

·         Organizing efforts like flyer distribution, radio and television advertisements, and social media campaigns into a cohesive public relations (PR) strategy.

·         Promote events by brainstorming, planning, implementing, and directing event marketing, communication, and promotion

·         Promote events through social media, email, and face-to-face communication

·         Coordinate events by coordinating schedules, budgets, and timelines with event partners

·         Monitor and evaluate event performance, identifying areas for improvement

·         Develop and follow through on marketing strategies to increase event attendance and revenue

·         Attend networking events to develop contacts

·         Recommend event improvements to management

·         Develop and implement marketing plans and events strategies; target markets, and promotional opportunities

·         Execute marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions, public relations, and sales promotion

·         Plan and coordinate all event facilities, including its catering, setup, cleanup, and decorations

·         Maintain event schedules, deadlines, and budgets

·         Train staff in event preparation, promotional techniques, and customer service

·         Commit to meeting established sales goals

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:

Fairfax, VA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:

Driver’s License (Preferred)
