Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in software development and CRM systems, possess a bachelor’s degree, and have the ability to collect and analyze business requirements. The candidate should also be able to translate business requirements into project specifications and work closely with the development team to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into project specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops to collect project requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful project delivery and ensure project specifications are accurately translated into technical requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor and track project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
• Communicate with upper management to provide project updates and report project costs and progress.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams, and ensure the team is working efficiently.
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts as they arise.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project quality and efficiency.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in software development and CRM systems.
• Experience in collecting and analyzing business requirements and translating them into project specifications.
• Ability to estimate project costs and prepare project budget proposals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of software development processes and project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.
