Key Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead the definition of test scenarios and crafting test cases from the early phases of the project to ensure a thorough examination of our CRS.
2. Diligently prepare test data, ensuring all possible outcomes are considered and covered in the testing phase.
3. Create precise and effective test scripts that ensure all aspects of the CRS are rigorously tested.
4. Conduct tests meticulously, adhering to established protocols and standards to ensure accurate and reliable results.
5. Provide regular reports on test status, documenting any issues discovered and the steps taken to resolve those issues.
6. Collaborate closely with the QA Lead and other team members, sharing insights and feedback to continually enhance the testing process and overall quality of the CRS.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in a QA Engineer role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of reservation systems or similar hospitality industry systems is a big plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, maintaining a high level of productivity and collaboration.
• Proficiency in writing test scripts and using various testing tools.
