Title: Remote Change Management and Training Lead

Company Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Change Management and Training Lead to enhance the proficiency and knowledge of our team regarding our resort’s Property Management System (PMS). This remote position beckons individuals with substantial hospitality experience in hotels, resorts, lodges, timeshares or similar establishments, and a passion for education and process improvement. By bridging the gap between system capabilities and user competency, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our guest experience and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify training needs pertaining to the effective use and management of the PMS.
  2. Craft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive training materials that cater to different learning styles, ensuring clear, instructive, and engaging content delivery.
  3. Lead engaging and informative training sessions, adapting to the needs and feedback of the participants to ensure a conducive learning environment.
  4. Present the results and impact of training initiatives at project tollgates and team meetings, showcasing the progress and value added to the organization.
  5. Prepare and facilitate a smooth handoff to the help desk or ongoing support teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to assist with any PMS-related inquiries post-training.
  6. Collaborate with relevant team members to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs, making necessary adjustments during and post go-live to ensure continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Education, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Lead in training, change management, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Thorough understanding of Property Management Systems or similar hospitality industry systems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, displaying strong self-motivation and team collaboration.
