Position Description
Project Background:
- To have a scalable and simplified ERP solution, we have successfully migrated from Great Plains to Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (D365 FO). The modules listed in the “F&O Modules” section below are implemented and we want to continue to enhance the functionalities and capabilities of the F&O system to keep up with our business needs.
- Our ideal candidate will have multi-year experience in designing, configuring, administering and custom development on the MS Dynamics platform for Finance & Operations
- We are using Azure Dev Ops [ADO] and MSFT LCS for managing and deploying our solution.
F&O Modules:
- Accounts Payables
- Accounts Receivables
- Fixed Assets
- General Ledger
- Cash Management / Reconciliation
- Projects
- Budgeting
Responsibilities:
- Perform requirements gathering and elaboration, design, development/configuration, and unit testing efforts for the enhancements to the current D365 Finance platform
- Work with key stakeholders and end users to effectively to define business requirements, review design, implement enhancements, and train them on the platform
- Document requirements in Azure Dev Ops and develop design specifications. Manage sprints and releases in ADO
- Configure the F&O system per requirements for the above-mentioned modules
- Support integration of several ancillary systems with F&O [ Expensify, UKG-Payroll, Banks]
- Manage Release Pipeline in ADO as required
- Provide training to the team and develop training guides
