Our story
Established in 2013, built around delivery
IMD Logic LLC is a U.S.-based information technology solutions and professional services company. We were established in 2013 and have spent more than a decade in technology consulting and professional services, supporting public-sector and private-sector organizations.
The technology landscape has changed considerably over that period. What has not changed is the gap between what organizations are sold and what they can actually operate. Platforms are procured and then half-used. Data initiatives stall because nobody owns the data. Security is treated as a separate program that competes with modernization for the same budget.
We work in that gap. Our value is not in knowing that artificial intelligence exists or that Zero Trust is a recognized architecture. It is in determining which parts of that apply to a specific organization, in what order, at what cost, and with what controls around them — and then building it.

How we hold ourselves to account
These are working rules rather than values statements. Each one is something a client could hold us to during an engagement.
Understand before recommending
We do not propose an architecture before we understand the environment, the constraints and the people who will have to run it. A recommendation made without that is a guess with a diagram attached.
Say when the answer is no
If a technology is not the right fit, or an organization is not ready for it, we say so — including when that shortens the engagement. Delivering something that will not be adopted helps nobody.
Security is a design input
Access control, data protection and monitoring are decided while the system is being designed. Security added afterwards is more expensive, less effective and more disruptive.
Document the reasoning
We record why decisions were made, not only what was built. A year later, that is what lets your team change the system with confidence instead of working around it.
Deliver in reviewable increments
Stakeholders should see working software and real progress throughout, not a demonstration at the end. Problems found early are cheap; problems found at delivery are not.
Leave capability behind
Knowledge transfer and written documentation are part of the work, not an optional extra. Success means your team can operate and extend what we built without us.
