Company overview

IMD Logic LLC is a U.S.-based information technology solutions and professional services company, established in 2013. We bring more than a decade of experience in technology consulting and professional services to public-sector and private-sector organizations.

We are a solutions organization rather than a product reseller. Our work spans the full arc of an enterprise technology initiative: assessing the current environment, designing what should replace it, developing and integrating the result, securing it, modernizing what surrounds it, and supporting it in operation.

Our primary practice areas are artificial intelligence and intelligent automation, cybersecurity and digital resilience, and data engineering and advanced analytics. These are supported by full-lifecycle software engineering, cloud and infrastructure modernization, enterprise platform work, and managed technical support — so that an initiative does not have to be handed between organizations as it moves from strategy to delivery to operation.

Technology mission

To help organizations apply technology to their actual objectives — securely, responsibly, and in a form their own teams can operate and extend long after the engagement ends.

Three commitments follow from that. We align technology decisions to organizational goals rather than to product capability. We design security, privacy and data quality as inputs rather than as later additions. And we transfer knowledge deliberately, because a solution that only its builders can maintain is a liability disguised as an asset.

Core capabilities

The sections below set out the services IMD Logic provides across each capability area. For anything an evaluation requires in more detail, please contact us directly.

Artificial intelligence and intelligent automation

We help organizations determine where artificial intelligence genuinely applies, whether their data can support it, and what controls belong around it — then build and integrate the result.

  • AI strategy, readiness assessment and use-case prioritization
  • Generative AI and large language model solutions grounded in enterprise content
  • AI agents and agentic workflows with defined boundaries and human approval points
  • Machine learning, predictive analytics and natural language processing
  • Intelligent virtual assistants and enterprise chatbots
  • Intelligent document processing and structured data extraction
  • Workflow and business-process automation across systems
  • AI-assisted knowledge management with permissions respected
  • Data preparation for AI, model integration and AI application development
  • AI governance, responsible AI practice, human oversight and privacy-aware adoption
  • Work across Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI, AWS AI services and Google Cloud AI capabilities

Cybersecurity and digital resilience

We treat security as an enabler of modernization: designed in, evidenced, and proportionate to the risk the organization actually carries.

  • Cybersecurity strategy, assessments and gap analysis
  • Zero Trust architecture and security architecture design
  • Identity and access management, including multifactor authentication
  • Cloud security and application security
  • Data protection, classification and encryption
  • Vulnerability management and remediation programs
  • Threat detection, response and security operations enablement
  • Incident-response readiness, planning and exercises
  • DevSecOps and secure software development practice
  • Risk and compliance alignment, including with frameworks such as NIST
  • Business continuity, disaster recovery and security awareness

Data engineering and advanced analytics

We build the data foundation that reporting, decision-making and AI all depend on, and then the analytics layer above it.

  • Data strategy, architecture and platform selection
  • Data integration, ETL and ELT pipeline development
  • Data migration and platform modernization
  • Data quality, profiling, cleansing and master data management
  • Data governance, ownership, lineage and retention
  • Data lakes, warehouses and cloud data platforms
  • Business intelligence, dashboards and operational reporting
  • Predictive and real-time analytics
  • Data preparation for AI and secure data access design
  • Work across Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB, and platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI and Tableau

Software and application engineering

Full-lifecycle engineering, from product planning through to maintenance of systems already in production.

  • Technology strategy, product and application planning
  • UX and user-centered design
  • Web, mobile and cloud-native application development
  • API development, systems integration and microservices
  • Legacy application modernization and migration
  • Quality assurance and automated testing
  • DevOps, CI/CD, DevSecOps, containers and orchestration
  • Application maintenance, performance and cost optimization
  • Work across Java, .NET and C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue and Node.js

Cloud and infrastructure modernization

  • Cloud strategy, readiness assessment and migration planning
  • Migration and modernization across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform
  • Hybrid and multicloud architecture
  • Infrastructure, network and systems modernization
  • Cloud security posture and secure landing zones
  • Backup, recovery and continuity architecture
  • Monitoring, observability, performance and cost optimization
  • Managed IT services and technical support

Enterprise platform solutions

We support, configure, integrate and optimize enterprise platforms. We do not resell licences and we do not claim certified partner status with any vendor.

  • Salesforce configuration, integration and optimization
  • ServiceNow workflow, integration and automation
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and integration
  • Platform data quality, reporting and process alignment
  • Administrator enablement and documentation

Industries and customer environments supported

Our capabilities are applied across environments where systems are already operating and change must be introduced without interrupting service.

  • Government — state and local agencies
  • Education — districts, systems and institutions
  • Healthcare organizations
  • Financial and professional services
  • Technology companies
  • Commercial enterprise
  • Federal prime contractors seeking a qualified technology partner
  • Enterprise technology partners and systems integrators

Delivery approach

Complex technology initiatives rarely fail on the technology. They fail on unclear scope, undocumented decisions, unowned data, and plans the organization cannot execute. Our method is structured to remove those failure modes before they compound.

1. Understand

Objectives, constraints, existing systems, oversight requirements and the people who use them — established before any architecture is proposed.

2. Assess

Current-state review of data quality, security posture, technical debt, integration points and operational readiness, so the plan is built on the environment as it actually is.

3. Design

Architecture, security controls, data flows, accessibility requirements and delivery sequence documented, reviewed with stakeholders and agreed before build.

4. Deliver

Incremental delivery with automated testing, security scanning and quality gates in the pipeline, and demonstrable progress at each stage rather than a single reveal.

5. Sustain

Documentation, knowledge transfer, monitoring, support and a defined operating model, so the organization can run and extend the result with its own team.

Security and quality mindset

Security by design

Identity, access control, data protection, logging and monitoring are decided during design. Least privilege is the default. Sensitive data is identified and handled deliberately, including in any AI workflow.

Quality as a process property

Automated testing, code review, security scanning and accessibility checks run inside the delivery pipeline, so quality is verified continuously rather than assessed at the end.

Documentation and traceability

Architecture decisions, security choices and data definitions are written down with their reasoning, which is what allows a future team to change the system confidently.

Accessibility and usability

Applications intended for public or organization-wide use are designed and tested for keyboard access, assistive technology and clear information hierarchy as a matter of course.

Reasons organizations work with IMD Logic

Integrated rather than fragmented

Strategy, data, security, engineering and support come from one organization, so an initiative is not handed between vendors at each transition — which is where scope and accountability are usually lost.

Established and experienced

Established in 2013, with more than a decade of technology consulting and professional services experience across public-sector and private-sector environments.

Security-conscious by default

Security and privacy are treated as design inputs across every capability area, not as a separate workstream that arrives late and re-opens decisions.

Disciplined delivery

Documented decisions, incremental delivery, automated quality gates and reviewable progress — practices that matter especially where spending must be justified.

Honest about fit

We say when a technology is not the right answer or an organization is not ready for it, including when that shortens or ends an engagement.

Capability left behind

Knowledge transfer and documentation are part of the work. Success means your team can operate and extend the result without depending on ours.
