Multidisciplinary technology work
Every position listed on this page is a role at IMD Logic, working alongside our engineering, analysis and consulting teams on the technology work described across this site.
The work is multidisciplinary by nature. In a given quarter our teams may be assessing a security posture, building data pipelines, designing an AI workflow with an accountable human in the loop, or modernizing an application that has been running for years. People here see problems end to end — from the first conversation with a stakeholder through to the documentation that lets a client’s own team carry the work forward.
Colleagues collaborate across capability areas rather than working in isolation, so there is room to deepen the specialism you already have and to learn adjacent ones from the people who practise them.
What we look for
- Technical depth in at least one of our capability areas
- The judgment to say when an approach will not work
- Clear written communication — we document our reasoning
- Care about security and data handling as a default, not a checklist
- Comfort working directly with clients and their teams
How our hiring process works
1. You apply

2. We review
A member of our team reads every application. Because we review carefully rather than automatically, this can take some time.
3. We talk
If there is a match, we arrange a conversation about the role, your experience and how you approach problems — not a quiz.

We will be specific about the role, the work and the expectations so you can make an informed decision.
