Enterprise Platforms

Salesforce, ServiceNow and Microsoft Dynamics 365 — configured, integrated with the systems around them, and optimized against how your organization actually works.

Enterprise platforms

The platform is rarely the problem

Organizations that are dissatisfied with Salesforce, ServiceNow or Dynamics 365 usually do not have a product problem. They have a configuration that was set up around an assumed process, integrations that were never completed, and data that arrives from elsewhere in a state the platform cannot use.

Our work on enterprise platforms is therefore mostly about the surrounding reality: how the organization actually operates, what the adjacent systems hold, and where the platform should be adapted versus where the process should be.

We support, configure, integrate and optimize these platforms. We do not resell licences, and we do not claim certified partner status with any vendor.

Where we typically help

  • A platform in use but not delivering what was expected
  • Configuration that no longer matches how the organization works
  • Integrations that were never finished or have degraded
  • Data quality problems that surface inside the platform
  • Manual work that persists despite the platform being in place

Platforms

Platforms we support

Salesforce

Configuration, customization and integration with the systems around it; data model and quality work; and optimization of an existing implementation that has drifted from how teams work.

ServiceNow

Service management workflows, integration with monitoring, identity and asset sources, and automation of routine requests and approvals.

Microsoft Dynamics 365

Configuration and integration across the wider Microsoft estate, data flow between Dynamics and the systems of record, and reporting that reflects the whole picture.

How we approach platform work

Understand the process first

We map how work actually flows — including the informal steps people have invented to work around the system — before changing configuration.

Configure before customizing

Custom code in an enterprise platform is a long-term maintenance commitment. We use it where it is genuinely warranted and avoid it where configuration will do.

Integrate deliberately

Integrations are designed with clear ownership of each data element, defined failure handling, and monitoring — not built as one-off scripts nobody maintains.

Leave it operable

Documentation and knowledge transfer so your administrators can maintain and extend the configuration without depending on us.
