Any competent team can deliver a working application. The harder problem is delivering one that a different team can safely change two years later, when the original decisions are undocumented and the people who made them have moved on.

We build for that horizon. That means designing around users rather than around the database schema, keeping the architecture as simple as the problem allows, automating tests so that changing code is not frightening, and writing down the reasoning behind decisions that would otherwise look arbitrary later.

We work across new development, modernization of existing systems, and integration between the two — which in practice is where most enterprise engineering effort actually goes.
